1 on 1 Personal Training

Whether you want to workout at home or come workout at my gym, it’s all good!

You’re going to LOVE training with me or one of my trainers. You WILL get twice the results in half the time! As with boot camp, the type of training always varies, no 2 workouts are the same. This is not a boring, slow weight training program or running on a treadmill. With us, you train like an athlete for MAXIMUM results and a toned, lean body FAST!

Boxing, battle ropes, agility latter, weights, body weight work are just of few of the many types of training you will experience.

If you want an AMAZING, SEXY body fast, this is the way to go.

My gym is on Pierrefonds boulevard right beside St. Johns and there is always a trainer available to rock your world!!

If you bring a friend, or 2 or 3 the price goes down accordingly 🙂
