Lets make weight loss REDICULOUSLY simple

Yes, it’s pretty much that simple πŸ™‚

I know there’s alota people who don’t like to eat lots of meat and I respect that. Any lean protein source is what you’re going for. It really is pretty easy, the tough part is drudging through the first lets say 21 days of change where you’re figuring out the combinations of food that your really enjoy. When you come up with about 6-10 favorites your life becomes a breeze and the pounds will flush off you with something called .. the “whoosh effect”, I’m serious.

Your body is happy at a certain weight and when you find the right equation of exercise and the right foods, eventually it just clicks and the fat floods off you. The trick is to stick with it and make it enjoyable. If you don’t like a food, it doesn’t matter how good it is for you, just don’t eat it. The more you torture yourself, the more likely you are to give up.

Take baby steps. I get all my clients to write a daily food log, what they eat and drink and what time of day. Stick to servings but don’t go crazy with ounces and grams unless you want to.

I go over their food log with them once a week give them usually about 2-3 things to change each week ie: small steps. Eventually they become experts.

DO A DAILY FOOD LOG and you’ll stop emotional eating.
