Secret #1: Quick 15 minute workouts to jumpstart your internal furnace
There is a special type of workout that’s fast, we do it in boot camp because it’s so effective. You can also do it at home. It’s called metabolic resistance training and it involves working your ENTIRE body effectively using full body exercises. When your done your workout which can take MAX 15 – 20 minutes, 2 – 3 times per week, your metabolism is revving and continues to rev for at least 48 hours after your workouts done!! This is the type of workout that gives you the afterburn effect and keeps you burning fat for ages after your workouts done. It’s a BEAST and a huge time saver for all you busy folks šŸ™‚

When I don’t have time to hit up a boot camp or go to the gym, I crank out one of these workouts at home and I’m good to go!

Secret #2: Stuff your face with the right foods ALL YOU WANT

I used to focus on Macronutrients and getting the right equation in order for my clients to lose maximum fat and gain maximum muscle. Eventually I evolved and realized the key is to focus on getting the right amount of Micronutrients in each meal which fill you up faster and leave you feeling lighter and ready to rock!

You have to change your focus to fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, beans, and seeds which are packed with the micronutrients your body craves. You can fill you’re belly to get full but cravings jump up soon after because you didn’t provide your body with the Micronutrients it really needs.

LESS GRAINS IS KEY FOR A FLATTER BELLY AND A SEXY BEACH BODY

Secret #3: Do full body exercises for MAX results
Sit ups are obsolete, any exercise that focuses on one body part is not going to get you to shed the pounds in record time.

You can do these full body exercises with tons of equipment and with no equipment. Get away from machines at all cost. They isolate muscles and prevent you from using your stabilizer muscles 95% of the time. Thats great for a body builder but useless for you, useless for upping your internal fat furnace.

Smashing out burpees and jump lunges for 10 minutes will get you 1000x closer to your goal than sitting at a chest press machine yawning between sets.
