Tuesdays FAT MELTING circuit

Do one exercise after the other, when you finish the last go back to the first and start the circuit again.

Do your best to do it for 15-20 minutes with as little rest as possible.

Circuit:

1. Front back lunge (10x each leg)

2.

a) walk feet up wall (10x)

or

b) Hand stand (30 seconds)

or

c) Hand stand pushups (10x)

3. Down dog crunch (10x each sleg)

4. Commando pushup (10x)

1 commando pussup is 3 pushups, roll, 3 pushups = 1 rep

5. Military pushups (elbows squeezed into sides) until you max out

6. Squats until you max out (go lower than I did in the video, the bottom of the move is when your legs form a 90 degree angle)

Make sure to write down how many circuits you were able to complete and try to improve every time!!
