When you’re working out and not eating right you will still lose inches and see your body changing but you’re not getting the full effect if you’re not eating the right foods at the right time of day.
If you want to get rediculously MASSIVE results that you will brag to about to all your friends you HAVE to eat the right foods in combination with the right types of exercise.  So stop beating yourself up and start taking MASSIVE DAILY ACTION towards your goal. Nothing feels better than seeing the weight on the scale drop fast and being able to fit into your favorite pair of skinny jeans 🙂

 

The key is to TAKE ACTION and stop making excuses. Write your daily food log so that you’re accountable to yourself and me if you’re in my boot camp.

Make sure you’re eating every 3 to 4 hours and start replacing most of your grains with vegetables to drop the body fat fast!

 

Make sure you’re getting an SUPER protein sourceS at every single meal as well as a healthy fat (if it’s not already in your protein source as with salmon) and a vegetable or fruit. Stop getting on the scale saying “I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, I ate vegetables all day and basically starved myself” because starving yourself is not the way to go. You’ll be surprised to learn how much you can actually eat each day for healthy fat loss.
