I see it all the time, pour souls labouring away on the exercise machines, going at the same pace for such a long time and to make it worse, they look BOARD OUT OF THEIR MINDS.

Chances are, those are the people who say “I hate to exercise, it’s so boaring” and are also the ones who experience little to no results.

Try this circuit for 15 minutes to feel what it’s like to get your metabolism revving FAST and get a solid workout in less than 20 minutes:

1. Pushup
2. Jump lunges
3. Moving plank
4. Jump squats
5. V-ups
10/9/8……2/1 reps – what that means is do 10 reps of the first exercise through to the 5th exercise, then circle back to the first exercise and do 9 reps of all 5 exercises, then 8, then 7 all the way to 1 rep of each.

Feel the burn and realize that there is a better way!
