Spring is here and summer is coming FAST.

My phone has been ringing off the hook and I think it has everything to do with the realization that the layers are soon coming off and that winter weight gain is going to be out in the OPEN.

Not to worry, I’m bringing back my 6 week Body Transformation Boot Camp to help a small group of 20 people get some FAST results before the layers come off.


You can expect to lose 12-24 pounds over the 6 weeks but more inportantly 4-6 pants sizes.

All you have to do is take MASSIVE ACTION by attending at least 3 boot camp sessions a week and following our simple but EFFECTIVE nutritional guidelines.
