I just finished my workout and I literally CANNOT SIT on a hard surface without a cushion 😀

I used this as my workout finisher:

1. Burpee pushup 30 seconds

2. Sqauts (feet hip distance and sumo squat) 30 seconds

From one set to the other I alternated between feet hip distance squats and sumo squats. Also with my burpee pushup, I dropped my chest all the way to the ground for each round and exploded up.

I did that for 15 mintutes with as little rest as possible.
