YES, it is possible 🙂

Do you love your food?

Does the idea of dieting give you anxiety?

Would you rather gain more weight than cut the foods you love from your diet?

You’re not the only one. Understand that dieting does not have to mean cutting out ALL the foods you love. It is possible for you to eat delicious meals and still drop the fat. This (the link bellow) for example is a way for you to get amazing meal plans, with delicious meals that are designed for fat loss. Check it out:

I’m a foodie, I LOVE food! I used to try to exercise as much as I could so I could eat whatever I wanted. Unfortunately, I had to exercise way to much so I shifted my thinking and began experimenting with different recipes. Eventually, I found enough recipes that I love, to keep me happy after each meal and still stay fit in the process.

Food is definitely, one of the greatest pleasure in life and there’s no reason why you can’t continue to enjoy food, you simply have to find the foods and recipes that fit your fit lifestyle.

I’m a big fan of the 80/20 rule. Basically what it means is eat great 80% of the time, and splurge on whatever you want 20% of the time. Nothing in life is perfect, including your daily diet. The trick to enjoying the 80% (because we both know your going to love your 20% splurge,) is to do as I did, and find the types of recipes you love.

I’ll bet you 100$, the more fit you become, and the more healthy recipes you can find that you love, the less you’re going to splurge on your 20% cheat meals because you won’t crave those cheat foods as much.

Fitness really is a journey, you won’t find all the answers in 1 day or 1 week. The answers and solutions come with time, trial and error, and the most important, getting experienced coaching to show you what works and save you lot’s of time finding out for yourself.

2. Another great tool that you probably already know about is to slow down and chew:

Pay closer attention to the flavor and texture of your food. Chew each bite more and really be present to all the sensations involved in eating your meal. This ones HUGE. Do it at your next meal and I guarantee you, you will not finish your entire meal unless you portioned it properly.

3. This is a 2for1 – Control your portion sizes and eat more often:

The best way to keep your metabolism revving and burning more fat throughout the day, is to eat more often. Eating more often goes hand in hand with your portion sizes. When you eat every 3 to 4 hours, you don’t crave a gigantic meal, it’s easier to eat a smaller meal. When you eat 2 or 3 meals a day, you’re going to pack up your plate to the edge.

Funny & scary: Sumo wrestlers sleep until late in the day, workout for about 1 hour and eat 1 meal. They eat that meal late in the day and it is a HUGE meal. Take away from that – the best way to get fat is to eat few meals during the day, and large meals late in the day.

4. Get Active!

Having a healthy, active lifestyle is the best way to stay in shape .. obviously.

That doesn’t mean you have to workout intensely every single day but it does mean you need to move around more each day. Get moving, go for a walk, park far away from the store, do a body weight circuit at home, go for a short interval run around the block .. etc.

The more you workout each week, the less you will crave unhealthy foods and the more you will crave fuel foods providing you with more healthy, long lasting energy.

The body is a machine, use it or you lose it!
