6 WEEK BODY TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE:

As I mentioned above, fat loss and fitness is about consistency. If I were to tell you, you will lose 15-20 pounds by the end of the 6 weeks, you would probably call me CRAZY.

Here’s where the power of consistency comes in:

Aim to drop 2.5 pounds per week (an average number), and after 6 weeks you will have lost 15 pounds. It’s that simple.

  • Get a flat sexy stomach
  • Toned arms, thighs and butt
  • Be confident to wear less clothes this summer and drive your other half crazy!
  • Look and feel 10 years younger
