Counting your Calories DOES help speed up Fat Loss BUT ..

If you just count your calories, and eat carbs and crap all day, you won’t lose weight. DUHH!

Your Macro ratios (Protein/Fat/Carbs) are also extremely important.

You can’t focus just on Macros, or just Calories. You have to focus on both!


To lose weight you have to create a Calorie Deficit – Consuming less calories in a day than you burn with exercise and general activity (like walking to work.)

When working out, a huge portion of your daily Macros will be protein – Fat will be your second most important – Third are the carbs.

When you understand this, dropping fat and building muscle becomes a BREEZE!
