I’ve got something important to talk to you about – food in-tolerance, and how it may be putting a real downer on your life without you even knowing it. And it may be drastically slowing your fat loss.

Do you know if you are intolerant to certain foods? If you don’t, it’s really important to find out.

If you are intolerant, you can be experiencing a whole whack of symptoms that you may not even know you have.

The reason you may not know, is because you’ve been eating those foods for years and years. And during that time, you basically got used to the negative symptoms without even knowing it.

I had been eating dairy for YEARS, since I was very young. Crackers and cheese was a go to snack when I was young.

I had asthma during all of my teens and some of my 20’s. Now I’m asthma free! And it happened very suddenly. Here’s why:

It was only in my early 20’s that I finally cut dairy from my diet completely. After only a few weeks, my asthma pretty much disappeared, and after a couple months I was asthma free!

It turns out I have a severe intolerance to dairy. It gives me indigestion and worse, it basically congests my lungs giving me asthma like symptoms.

You may not be dairy intolerant or maybe you are. You may be able to eat cottage cheese and greek yogurt but no other dairy sources.

I now avoid dairy completely, red meat 90% of the time, gluten and a few other foods. I have TONS of energy almost all the time, and most importantly, I feel so much lighter and stronger every day.

You NEED to find out what foods you’re intolerant to. If you’re having trouble losing weight, lack energy, are bloated, have digestion issues, allergies, get sick often etc. It may just be food that’s causing your negative symptoms.
