You have to be VERY careful how you use stimulants. Coffee is a stimulant, as is sugar.

You have to be careful because the overuse of stimulants WILL increase the amount of stress hormones flowing through your body. If you have too much of those hormones running a muck, your fat loss will slow down and may even stop completely!
