Spring is almost here. I’m sooo excited!! I’m not a winter person. I always have the heat cranked up to the max at my place. It drives my girlfriend crazy, she can’t take it!

 

Now’s a great time for you to get your ducks in order and start shedding unwanted fat. Think ahead or you’ll be frustrated when summer clothes come out and you don’t feel comfortable.

 

1. Clean out your fridge and kitchen of all foods that won’t help you lose weight. When junk food is there, you’ll eat it. If it’s not there you won’t. It’s that simple!
2. Load your fridge up with lean protein sources, healthy fat sources, crucipherous veggies, berries and gluten free carbohydrates
3. Get a meal plan to follow showing you exactly what to eat and when to eat, so you’re losing weight every week
4. Measure yourself: neck, arms, chest, belly button, 6” bellow your belly button, butt, thighs, above the knees and calves
5. Track your measurements because the scale is only a small part of the big picture. Inches are what fit you into skinny jeans and a nice black dress.
6. Workout for 20-30 minutes each day. Even if you’re just going for a walk, it’s something!
7. For faster fat loss – use metabolic resistance training – High intensity full body exercises, followed by low intensity exercises. That’s the best way to convert FAT stores into energy to shed inches on your trouble spots
8. Drink LOTS of water – water will suppress your appetite and cravings.
