Motivation is the most important force behind your actions and achieving your goals. When you lose motivation you fall back into old patterns and lose everything you worked so hard for.

It’s EASY to stay motivated but you need to be clear why you’re doing something. You’re not choosing salmon and veggies over a bowl of pasta for the fun of it.

You’re doing it because there’s something you want, and you’re happy to make the change in order to get closer to your goal.

 

So .. what is your goal!?

 

That’s what you need to know and be clear about. The best goal is one that PUMPS YOU UP. A goal that gets you excited and brings about a ton of positive emotions.

If you tell yourself “I want to lose 10 pounds,” that’s pretty damn boring. “I want to lose 10 pounds and fit back into my favourite pair of jeans, the ones hiding in the back of the closet.” That’s 100X better.

Put some thought into it, and think about something you want BAD. Something you’re willing to put the effort in for, and make sacrifices to get it.

 

Did you think of something?

 

Ok now write it down on a piece of paper. Let your hand go and don’t over analyze what you’re writing. You can come back and perfect it later.

Put that paper somewhere that will remind you about your goal at least once per day. Or keep it on you at all times.

Not crumpled in the bottom of your purse or hidden in the back of your wallet. Somewhere it’s impossible to miss every day.

Get the positive juice pumping and all the answers and motivation you need to achieve your goal will slap you in the face 😉
