Fitness and fat loss is a journey because it’s an ongoing process. Something that should never get stagnant or stop.

Sometimes no matter how solid your resolve, you may still fall off the wagon and let health and fitness drop to the bottom of your priority list.

It happens.

But get back up and realize how important it is to be in healthy and in shape, having a healthy body fat percentage and being at your best!

It improves every single part of your life and life is short. So short it’s important to be at your best and enjoy EVERY moment you can.

If you’re on track, keep it up!!

If you’re not on track, do something today to get yourself back on track.

Even if it’s just having one really healthy meal or doing a 20 minute workout. Even going for a walk is something to get you back on track!

I’ve been experimenting with more healthy fat in my diet recently. I’ve been increasing the amount of healthy fat I eat each day and decreasing my protein levels a bit.

My friend asked me to try it and I’m pretty excited about how I feel. I have alot more energy and for me that’s huge because I already have a TON of energy. That’s another important factor in an evolving fitness journey – experimenting with new eating habits and workouts.

It’s easy to get stuck doing the same workouts and eating the same things but your body HATES that. Your body loves variety, and it loves to be taken out of homeostasis. Your body evolves most when you take it out of it’s comfort zone and push the limit!

When your body stays in homeostasis for too long, you plateau but all it needs is a SHOCK. You can add workout finishers like a circuit of full body exercises at a high intensity to finish off your workout.

You can cycle gluten free carbs into your diet at the right times to coordinate with your workouts and high intensity activity. You can do a Detox program to flush your system of toxins and learn about your food intolerances. You can strategically fast or increase your healthy fat ratios like I’m doing.

There are an infinite number of ways to shock your body and nothings more exciting than finding something new to BOOST results!
