You have to be very careful about what you believe these days. There’s ALOT of crazy/conflicting information and it gets confusing.

I read an article recently that made my jaw drop, claiming that eating healthy fat will make you fat. I don’t know where they got their information because healthy fat can be one of the best tools to help you burn MORE fat.

Do me a favor and erase everything you think you know/have read about the best ways to burn fat and build lean sexy muscle .. DELETE!

There are 3 key factors you need to apply to tone up and flush fat:

1. Increase AFTER-BURN:

Circuit high intensity exercises with low intensity exercise – raising your heart rate and lowering it, raising it and lowering it to activate your fat burning furnace – for up to 18 hours after your workout is over.

When you do that, you will burn more fat working out 10-20 minutes per day than you would doing hours of cardio.

And my favorite part is .. you can do it without any equipment.
2. High Healthy Fat + High Lean Protein VS Performance Carbs + Lean Protein:

You can’t follow the same eating style forever and expect to consistently burn fat and build lean muscle. When your body gets used to your meal plan and workouts you plateau. But the “plateau” should NEVER happen. All you have to do is change up your workout and/or change the type of meal plan you’re on. It’s actually that simple.

3. Track Inches Lost & Weight Loss EVERY week:

Evaluate your numbers each week to know what you’re doing is working, or when changes need to be made.

If you’re following a plan that’s high in performance carbs + high in lean protein and your weight loss slows, you need to change the plan. You can either cut the carbs or you can use strategic fasting every second day or you can change over to high fat + high protein etc. There are TONS of ways to kick start your body but if you’re not monitoring your results you’ll never know when changes HAVE to be made.
